We offer contingency, retained, and engaged-search fee structures depending on role criticality and search difficulty. Contingency fees fall in the 22–28% range of first-year base. Retained engagements use milestone payments. We'll recommend the right structure on the discovery call — there is no obligation.
Yes. Permanent placements include a prorated 90-day replacement guarantee. If a placement leaves or is terminated for cause within the guarantee window, we restart the search at no additional fee.
