- Both, depending on role criticality and seniority. VP-level and confidential searches are typically retained; individual contributor roles are usually contingent.
- Do you help with comp calibration?
- Yes. We share live data on comp ranges by function, level, and geography — and flag when an offer is below market before it goes out.
